Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days. We'll email you tracking as soon as it's available. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day. 

For items that ship directly from an artist, are custom-made, or are on backorder, we will be sure to let you know the ship date once it's ready. Our goal is to meet the 'expected ship-by date' whenever possible. We'll also remind you throughout checkout and on your order confirmation email if you've chosen one of these items and what their expected ship-by date is.

Deliveries will be handed off to the local carrier/USPS once they are close to the final destination. Before that, tracking may not update regularly (or at all), which can be confusing and make it seem like there is no movement when it is actually in transit. 

Our advice during the holidays is -- Order as early as you can! We cannot guarantee that 100% of orders will be delivered timely; our carriers are doing their very best to deliver your packages, but we can't foresee all possible problems.
